B.R.A.T Diet Recipes
The B.R.A.T Diet can be very bland and boring to some and sometimes last an extended period of time. Just because the B.R.A.T Diet consists of a handful of foods doesn’t mean you can’t have some fun with them. Traditionally people would only eat raw bananas, rice, cold applesauce and toast but you really aren’t 100% limited to just these foods consumed in this manner. In fact it’s been shown it’s easier and healthier to combine these foods subtly with other foods as to keep your system healthy and strong. There aren’t too many BRAT DIET Recipes online so we’ve assembled some and hope that you send us your favorites too!
Below are some simple recipes that you can use to get creative and add more flavor to your diet. You can also buy the B.R.A.T Diet drink found in the products page or in the right hand column but in a pinch these recipes will help you.
